As we create a Diversity and Inclusion program at SRCH we want to have an opportunity to get to know each other better and what brought us to SRCH. The first step is to create and share a short autobiography of yourself to introduce you to your team members. The following activities will help you to create your autobiography. We will all be able to view each other’s, so make sure not to include anything too sensitive or personal about yourself. Be sure to include how you ended up at SRCH and why you love working here. Once these are created, we will have a few months to share them and then we will be participating in two training sessions in the Fall and early Winter.
Please complete your autobiography in 4 Steps. This is a great way to celebrate the beautiful diversity within our organization.
